Arthur Donnell Hill is the youngest of five children. He graduated from Hope High School in May 1985. He attended the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. From 1999 – 2003 he attended the Southwestern Theological Seminary in Texarkana, TX. At age 19, he received his call into the ministry. In March 2014, he was selected as pastor of the Lonoke Baptist Church, Texarkana, Arkansas.

Harry has been a member of Lonoke Baptist Church since 2001. He has been a member of the male chorus and other committees at the church. He has been working with youth for over 30 years. Fifteen of those years have been working in Texarkana. Harry Dickens is an Account Executive for Curriculum Associates, an Instructional Technology Consultant and also an Author Consultant with Corwin Press.

Starting at the age of 5, Mrs. Simpson began playing hymns for the Sunday school and junior choir at a local church. She further expanded her ministry into all areas of the church music ministry and has consistently strived to help grow the ministry through songs that emphasize the power of a relationship with God. Ms Simpson has served as a Music Minister in churches in Chicago IL, before returning to the Texarkana area.

Dianne has worked as the Finance Director for Lonoke Baptist since 2011. She has worked in various positions in the banking industry from Bank Regulatory Compliance to Regional Manager for Commercial Lending Credit Analysts. Dianne is active in her local community, serving as Past President and Treasurer of the Texarkana Salvation Army Advisory Board, member of Wilbur Smith Rotary, board member for Texarkana Regional Arts and Humanity Council, and serving on the Women for Texas A&M Board.
